SSG Aaron McAleavey Born and raised on Long Island, New York, SSG Aaron McAleavey completed his undergraduate degree at Yale University where he studied voice through both the Yale School of Music and the Shen Curriculum for Musical Theater. There, he performed in various theatrical productions, most notably with the Yale Repertory Theatre. During his senior year at Yale, SSG McAleavey was a touring member of the Yale Whiffenpoofs, the country's oldest a cappella group, during which time he traveled the nation and the world performing more than 200 concerts in over 30 countries. After graduating from Yale in 2019, SSG McAleavey began working for Royal Caribbean Cruises as a Lead Vocalist. SSG McAleavey joined The U.S. Army Field Band in the summer of 2021, where he looks forward to a continued career sharing the joy of music with the American public.
